What could be easier

I started using Tax Cut about 15 years ago after reading a review comparing it to other tax programs. I am so glad I chose Tax Cut. In all these years, I have never had one problem with the program.
Its ease of use is almost startling...it leads you through every thing you need to do and answer in a clear and concise manner. It also transfers all your information from the previous year if you use the same computer. I even used it when I was self employed for a time...covered everything.
Also, its E-filing is a relief from preparing and mailing forms. I have never had a return rejected by the IRS when filing with the Tax Cut program.

This product imported my gross income from 2017 incorrectly causing me to have to pay twice for filing my state taxes. Any chance you'll refund me the extra 19.95?

Disappointed after many years of using the softwa

I have used Block for 10 years and have never had a problem. This year when I imported my Block return from last year it failed to identify that I had itemized deductions last year so the program did not allow me to post my state tax refund as income. I called tech support. They could not find a solution and as a result I had to re-enter my return manually. To make matter worse as I was finishing up my return for electronic filing the scroll bars disappeared. The whole experience was very frustrating. After all these years I'm going to have to consider new tax software for next year.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use with the features I need!

I've been a buyer and user of the annual Deluxe program for years. It has the features I need, it's easy to use, and the price fits my budget. I will buy it again for my 2019 FIT filing.
