I like the year to year linkage. It took a bit of digging to figure out the most expeditious way of dealing with equities sales results, but we got there.

I spoke with an agent who spent the time to figure why I could not save my data. It was due to a conflict with my anti-virus software. The issue must have been due to a change made during an update.

I have used H&R software for a number of years. The version I buy covers my needs. I appreciate downloading the date from my stock investment companies instead of entering all of that information separately. I also appreciate the ability to save and edit sections as I receive information from various inputs.
I have a number of K-1 forms to enter and I wish that the instructions were better written to describe what I actually receive from investment companies.
I would also appreciate better summary information regarding my completed taxes. The marginal tax rate should be very easy to print.

I have used HRBlock tax software for years and plan on continuing to do so as the interview questions are well done and in a logical sequence. The disappointment this year was the inability to import financial information from Merrill Lynch as in past years. I read online where taxcut had the same issue, but was able to resolve it. HRBlock was unable to do so, at least up until the time I filed my taxes.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
