I just completed my tax return. I find the software easy to use and think it is well organized. I have used it for years. However, I found 1 very important feature lacking. I could not download 1099's from Wells Fargo Brokerage. Wells Fargo Funds was supported, but not the brokerage. This is a must have for 2019.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

The wizard that guides you though the questions is intuitive and on-line chat support is very helpful. I would like to see some allowance for RSU compensation on the W2 form preslected choices (and not have to click "Other") since so many companies compensate this way today.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I was happy with this product until I checked the status of my state return the instructions tell me to mail what I was sure was included in the e-file that I paid h&r block for
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

H&R has shepherded me through this dreaded annual mandate for many years, now. I especially appreciated their software this year, with the many changes. I just filed, and within 20 minutes, my federal return was accepted. What a relief......thanks H&R!

Best Tax Software Available!

The H&R Block Deluxe Tax preparation software is great. The product conducts an interview, as you would have at a tax professional's office. The software saves, imports, and prints perfectly. The software is easy to use, easy to stop, and return to a place later in time. My overall rating is 5 stars!
