2025 version isn't nearly as user friendly as previous years. Seems to be balky and glitchy but perhaps it's just because of so many other new features that came into this year's tax laws and I wasn't familiar with them. It filled in two "NO" answers on the Form 5695 that I had to go back and correct manually. After using this product as far back as the old "Tax Cut" naming, I'm now considering using something else for 2026 taxes.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had to go to a brick and mortar store to buy a box with a slip of paper in it to tell me to go on line and down load the program. I was able to buy it for less than your so called discount you offered me in my e-mails.

Good value for its coverage of most forms. The questionnaire and online help for 1116 and HSA distributions had gaps. I had to review the forms and IRS rules to complete it.

It is a solid tax package. I do not like the split screen a user gets sometimes when filling out the return. I would like to see easier printing of backup worksheets. The audit check is very useful.

AGI conversion from last year did not work. It showed 0 and i had to change it to the correct amount.When I submitted the return to the IRS it changed back to 0 and was rejected. I had to change it back to the correct amount and went back it the program then forward and it keep the correct amount. I repeated this back and forth a few more times to be sure it stayed the correct amount before resubmitted it. It got accepted. Your previous years program did not have this problem as the always loaded the last years amount. You need a better review of your software before you release it!

An updated in April changed my refund values after I filed. Now, I cannot even find the old numbers too look uo my state filing. You software is very poorly designed and there is no version control.
