Fed is good. but Ohio state has error. 2022-2024 double added RC and NRC cause problems. overall good. use HRblock for fed 20 plus years.

Have been using H&R Block tax programs for years. Easy to use. Just follow the line of questions to enter the necessary tax info. Only have one issue...sometimes the program does NOT include the means to determine how values are created or where the values are coming from. Isn't there a way to amend the program to provide this functionality? The courtesy of a response would be appreciated. Thank you.

first you billed me 3 times for the OH rebate since you gave me the wrong AGI for the Federal and I had to go find the problem and resubmitted it 2 times. your programming seems to be not up to standards as in the past. now how to I get the 2 extra charges back!!!

Product not as good as it used to be and I'm a very long-time user. Three software errors. 1) It did not transfer my medical deductions to my NJ return - I had to do it manually. This would have caused a significant error in my NJ refund. 2) My federal return was rejected due to error FD-32-F5695 -043. It appears that a box was prefilled to use my address in section B 21c when boxes a and b were "no". 3) During e-fileing it did not transfer last years AGI. It reported 0.00 which would have caused a federal rejection of my entire return. Otherwise, product is still pretty good and I will continue to use it in the future.
