While your program is helping with taxes, it is not easy to electronically transfer the tax data on the 1099 form from employer. For example, my form has no "D", which I suppose to type in the application, therefore I have to insert all data manually

There was a bug in the Colorado state program that caused a screen for Retirement funds not to appear. If I hadn't known about this deduction from past years I would have missed it entirely and missed out on $880 in my refund. As it was I was able to go into the form and make edits directly (in a very ugly and outdated UI, for what it's worth) but dealing with this added several hours to preparing my taxes and made me doubt the accuracy of the entire program.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
