The program was easy to use.

I brought the program about two weeks ago, was a little apprehensive about using it this year due to the new tax laws. Because it's getting close to the filing deadline I jumped in. I must say it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, required a little more reading than usual but it was not bad. The import of last years tax information made it easy and the program was easy to use.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have always been satisfied using this software since the early 80's, and will continue to use this software as long as I'm required to file an income tax return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

problems still comparing filing jointly/separately

We are still frustrated that there isn't an easy way to compare filing jointly and separately. After doing the joint return, the program has a glitch where it will show you the primary person's individual return but when you try to do the "spouse" it deletes all the spouse data once again and shows the same primary individual data.Also difficulty retrieving previous years.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
