Reliable software

I have been using H&R Block software for several years now and found it to be reliable and fairly easy to use, although the 2018 version seemed somewhat more confusing than previous years. Also, it was the first time I tried to use the "help" feature by calling in; no luck with that .
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use and comprehensive

My taxes are probably more complex than most because of my investments in alternatives like MLPs. Nevertheless, this software easily handled everything. I rate it 4.5 STARS!!!!!!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

Outstanding Product

We have been using H&R Block software for more years than I can recall. Switched from Turbo Tax as a cost savings - have home and business/investor combined. Once the ability to download our info came, it really helped in our completing our tax return even more accurate.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

It was just about seamless again this year, but in the w2g field - the transaction no file was not large enough. I am hoping this won't stop my file from being approved but will see. It seams to me that that field should be unlimited as different states can and obviously do have different number formats. Tried to find help on this but zilch. Even the website was no help and when i asked for help got "try again" twice. Perhaps next year just make that field unlimited or longer for sure. Also very spendy

I was a professional tax preparer before my retirement so I am used to top line software. I was impressed with both your free and deluxe editions that I used this year. Turbo Tax can't meet my standards but you do.

This software is impressive. I dreaded doing my taxes on my own. But took the plunge and purchased H&T Block software in for my 2017 taxes. It was easy to use that I again purchased it in 2018! I don't plan on using any other tax software than H&R Block for the foreseeable future!!!!!!
