I have used this product several times, but this year it was much more difficult to navigate. Sometimes I was stuck on a page and and could not find a way to move off the page to another area. Wasted a lot of time.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the state and federal return with free e-file, but it turns out that the FREE is only for federal

Your e-file is like the Gordian Knot....user friendly NOT.

I've used the software for years and liked it. I hated this years.It just seemed incredibly awkward and I had very simple returns this year. Going back and forth was awful.It wasn't the new tax law, it was the program. Worst review I've given anything except one crooked motel in NJ.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was a tax preparer at h&r block for 3 years. The in-store program was much easier to use.
