HR Taxes great

I did our joint taxes with the three kids. Very user friendly. Have been using since 2016.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Clear instructions, easy to use

I have used this software for years. It's reliable, instructions are clear, and preparation time is very short compared to doing it manually. It's also much more economically feasible than a tax preparation service.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

I've been using H&R Block software for several years... it has gotten so bad that that I don't trust it anymore. It is a nightmare to use and my taxes are NOT that complicated!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

H&R Block Deluxe software is very easy and efficient for use. I have used this tool for the past three years. It worked very well and provided some savings for each of my federal income returns.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Have used H&R for years. The estimated tax section needs improvement.
One block asks for taxes withheld to date. If person is currently having taxes withheld it should ask for expected withholdings for the year.

This is the second time I have been charged twice for my return. You charged me on my credit card, then again when I filed you took out of my fed return.

This is the worst edition yet. Medical does not transfer to the state form. Very hard to maneuver thru the program. Im a former tax consultant and I had problems.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
