Better value than its competitors, but the section on backdoor Roth conversions could use improvement. The phrasing of the questions in that section is confusing. Would appreciate a little more handholding for that. For instance, when the questionnaire asks about basis, it's unclear if it's asking about basis before or after the conversion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the Deluxe version several months. The app ran okay, but the in app update feature would not work on my Mac. Then at last minute the state would not load. However, the help line was able to give me a link to a state update that did load.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this every year for my taxes. I find it to be easy to manipulate and work with the only downside. I can think of is that after you submit your taxes, you can't tell whether or not your state taxes have been accepted or not. I don't know if I was too early too late. Or what?
