Generally accurate and complete software

There is a need for more information about the fact that there will be opportunity to print personal copies when or before printing mail-in forms.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Had good results. A few problems trying to figure out how to correct data, but nothing critical. A little confusing on efiling, but finally figured it out. Overall an excellent filing program.
Pros: Easy to import documents

PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE IS SO MUCH EASIER TO USE AND UNDERSTAND AND SEE. I MAY GO BACK TO WORK NEXT YEAR JUST TO USE THE OFFICE SOFTWARE!

My Fed. efile was rejected because of non matching AGI 2017 with IRS.
Working through the Block "Interview" Your statement was that "Because I file with you last year (2017), you had already entered the required number. It was not visible in the noted box field. I assumed I did not have to enter a number, since you had done so. but the efile was rejected because only a 0 was in the noted box.

I use H&R Block software every year and have never been disappointed. It's straight forward to use and consistently meets my tax preparation and filing needs.

Always easy to use. Very basic design, no unnecessary bells and whistles to dress it up. Just all of the facts and procedures laid out in very logical order.

Everything as expected except I miss the comparison table vs. last year that used to generate as part of the summary. Especially with the tax law changes that happened I had to go back and forth between 2017 and 2018 to appreciate where the differences lay.
