15 years and love it

Have used H & R Block tax software for 15 years. It is very easy to use. Some of my tax records take a little more work but once I have the proper figures to enter it's a snap.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I had tried to load the software from a CD that I received in the mail, but it wouldn’t work for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New Credit Card filing is terrible

I've used this software for nearly 10 years. They have changed the credit card filing so that it is no longer integrated in the product so you have to go to a different website and re-enter a bunch of information. In addition, the software does not tell you if you paid or not so I nearly forgot. I hate it but unless they fix this I will have to switch providers next year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using it for 9 years. Very easy; especially since it carries over from prior year so well. Rather large return with an inch of paperwork took 2 easy evenings from start to filed. Obvious excellent design work to guide through subtle details. I totally trust it to get it right

Easy to use. Well explained. Flags potential problems. Had all the forms I needed. I may have found a couple of very small parts that could use a few more words to clarify what they mean, but that is about it; you can pretty well read between the lines.
Pros: Easy to prepare
