Easy to follow.

The Free E-File did not work. I tried several times and I was rejected. So I paid with my CC. Not impressed with e-file.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I have used H&R for as long as they have been around. Always confident in the accuracy and ease of maneuvering the site. I have been doing tax returns for 66 years and glad they are by my side!

2018 small glitch

I have used H&R products since 2009. Every year there is a little glitch, this year was importing the previous years return; called help line and we figured out a work around.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Easy to use...but bad support.

Have used for 3 years now. Works well until software has conflict, THEN HR Block is TERRIBLE (impossible?)at trying to find a contact for simple questions. No simple phone or internet means of contact.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Software missed error

Software missed a discrepancy in W-2 between Federal and State returns resulting in inability to e-file state return and necessitating an amended federal return both by certified mail.
