All in all it guides you to get the job done, however a number of times it asks redundant questions rather than just using previous to answer it, so after you put that same info in again in the present section it tells you that this is already recorded in the particular previous section and asks if this is a distinct entry. That question should come before having to manually enter a bunch of stuff, not after.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Bought Fed and State it in January, Have been with you for about 20 years. I am now retired and have no deductions to speak of. Can you offer a option of 1040 or 1040EZ with state. That way I can chose which one to use.
