Simplest EVER

I bought this software because the issue I used last year was very easy. This year, between the records kept by all the various companies and governmental agencies and my own + this software.......all the stumbling blocks are removed. It's very easy. I also have the assurance of H&RBlock credibility as a preparer. The software includes a help function (though it is not so easy) and accuracy insurance in case of an audit. Can't beat it. However, I purchased my copy with the state tax addendum and they still charged a fee to e-file. I hate additional fees for everything. It should have been included.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Did not give any warning or special notice of a penalty being accessed for low Fed withdraw amount.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

H&R Bloch has created a software package that is easy to use, yet appears to be quite thorough and up to date.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Step by step instructions make the return easy to file. No concern with errors or omissions. The program does it all, with helpful hints along the way.

I have used this for a number of years and found that it handles everything I need correctly even recent changes and nuances. I also really like how it carries over things like IRA bases, etc.

Everything about the user experience was good. One recommendation would be to include state tax credit forms in the package to allow for electronic filing of state returns including state tax credits.

Worked well on windows 7, unable to install on W10

Ended up doing taxes on old W-7. machine. Could not download cd onto W-10. Ended up using old machine to finish. Probably my fault because I am unwilling to call for specific instructions for W-10. Should have loaded without wasting hours of time.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
