Like the feature thst allows me to grab divs and cap gains and losses from mutual funds, but annoyed that program that asks me to check the results. Don't know why that is necessary.

I’ve used this software for many years. I like it but they don’t do a great job with explanations in certain areas of the program. I always have to look up tax definitions on Google. There needs to be improvements in there assistance.

I have used HR Block software for many years. This was the worst version ever. It had many glitches. 1st was I couldn’t rollover the information from last years return until I checked for updates. This showed no updates scheduled. So that was a dead end loop. Once I got passed that the tap button wouldn’t allow you to move to the next box and spacing wouldn’t work correctly. Example - entering the address would not allow space between words. You had to enter it all in with no space go to the next line and then you could go back to the last line and add your spaces. Very GLITCHY!!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
