Charged Twice for Filing State Taxes

I had to change a small mistake on my federal return. When I refiled both state and federal together, H&R Block charged me a 2nd time to file my state return. What a ripoff!
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BEST TAX PROGRAM EVER!!

Been using this for YEARS and it never dissipoints; love the five free submissions to the IRS and the format used to walk you trough each step of the process. I also like the short videos on the new stuff for the current tax year. What more can I say.

Very difficult

I was aggravated right from the start w popups to buy add on features. I dont think it follows logical steps. Im not sure I got all my info in correctly. Im now at the filing step and waiting for instructions on how to pay what I owe. I dont like the program.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs work on entry error tracking and help.

I had a error in personal information (driver's license expiration date miss-typed) that created an error. The error was on the federal info and state info not matching. They led me to the error in the state but I had to fight the software to fix the actual issue; the federal info. This error kept showing up and the software kept sending me to the State info to 'fix' the issue.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I didn't understand where all of my implications on federal return came from. I'm using a CPA next year.
