Very difficult to use

I had to enter data into three different files, because when I closed them they would not reopen. The program saved the files but gives an error message that it is an unrecognizable file. The third time I kept it open until I E-filed. The IRS accepted the return. I closed the file, but now it won't work again. Also the program took over two hours to load, and the directions weren't anything close to correct. This is the worst tax software I have ever used.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Misleading sequence of product missed medical item

We have very large medical deductions and I had to hunt through the program to find the screen for entering medical expenses to itemize. The first run through the medical screen did not come up before hitting the place to select standard or itemized deductions. I had to go to itemize anyway and then there was a list sections to itemize and use the "go to" button to select medical expenses.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Tax Software

This program walks you through all the forms and makes tax filing easy. SInce I used this the last five years all the information flows into the current tax data base.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Federal was good. PA state dividends and interest it would not except. I had to change it manually.
