Program has a flaw. I spent several weeks and went thru several copies of the program before I reached a person, Erin, who understood my problem, "Oh yes, they're working it", and got me a copy of the program that works.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I’ve used this software every year since its first release. That’s because it’s accurate, reliable, easy to use and always gets the job done as it’s supposed to. However the two things that are very annoying to me and frustrating is when importing the previous years return everything is imported except the driver license information for my wife and I and the bank account and route information for direct deposit. Why? This was by design, it makes no sense as it takes time to gather and type this all in for both the federal and state. I can’t think of any good reason that you’re doing this. It can’t be a confidentiality issue. People don’t change their licenses or bank information very often, they can change it if so. I can’t be the only one complaining about this. Please change for the future. Thank you!
