Great help to file Taxes !

I have been using this software for the past 8 years and love it ! Any given day, I would recommend this to any of my acquaintances and have done it to several people !
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have been using your program for many years. A lot of people, like myself, file their taxes using their laptop. Most laptops do not include CD drives. It would be more convenient if you put your program on a USB drive. I am sure the cost would be minimal and greatly appreciated.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Main flaw is Having to Pay Extra to File One State
