Error Message Spam After pressing submit button

Its very disconcerting when a heap of error messages pop up as you press the submit button for a return.
I don't know whats wrong. I don't know if there is something wrong with my return. And now that its submitted, I can't fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the last year my wife and I will ever use HR block. This happened for both of us on 4 seperate returns in the in the last 2 years. We're done.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program is easy and it helps to walk you through any issues you run into. Also, great to have online access to tax pros if needed.

I purchase this product every year I started using Tax Cut back in 1994 before H&R Block acquired the product and are not planning on using anything else.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Good software

I have been using your software for at least 8 years. Your software is pretty user friendly. This year I found that your form 1116 is a little difficult - I have to munually enter a lot of numbers. (Not automatic even I input the number per mt K-1 form). Would you please look into your programming about this form.

Great Program but doesn't print properly

Everything is working fine..... directions and explainations are easy to understand and work with. Until, that is, it comes time to PRINT the official forms (or alternately to save to the PDF file using the PDF995 driver - doesn't work). Printer is fine, it prints anything else from the H&R Block 2018 program without problem. It took me over one hour to figure out that the only way to print out the forms for filing is to go to "forms" and open each form individually and print that. Very sloppy programing guys. You've done better in previous years!!! You owe me an explaination .... and a fix!

Cons: Time consuming

Importing last year's return makes it so fast, but still inspires confidence that I'm not missing anything important.

This product takes you step by step making you feel comfortable. I used the same product last year so this year it dropped in a lot of the information. Will definitely use next year!

Terrible User Interface

User interface hasn't been updated in at least a decade. This ancient product still quotes download times for broadband (9+ minutes) when it's less than 30 seconds if you have any sort of modern day connection. If you want users to keep paying year after year to file taxes, the least you can do is update your product to be more user friendly.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
