Tax law changeupdates

I had a very difficult time downloading any tax law changes.The instructions are confusing based on type of software etc. I have never had a problem in the 15 years I have used your software until this year when I did not have a disc.This should not be rocket science to select all of the different options. Why can't I select "same as last year".Some of us don't have a PHD in computer programming.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I enjoy using this software because it is easy and if you need customer service they are knowledgeable and courteous.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Simple in some ways, confusing in others

Every year there are user annoyances: sections that seem to lead me in a loop. Sections I seem to have to redo for no apparent reason. Things that don't make sense. It's cheaper than the alternatives, but I'm not sure it's worth it.

I have used HR Block Tax Software for over 20 years. Its ease of use and my confidence in the software has made this a no brainer! Always up to date on current tax law so I sleep peacefully each day after the tax deadline! Thanks for that!

With the new Changes in Federal forms, the program fills in all the correct places. Some forms I had never used before because of income and investment source.
Only surprise was State Est. Taxes paid were in the Federal deduction section with no choice in the State form to move directly to the entry change page.

We have been using this HR method for more than 7 years now. We never encountered issues, as they have simplified its use.
