I have been using H&R Block software for over 10 years. I'm generally pleased with my experience but found using it a little more quirky than in the past . I had some minor situations I had to report this year. I had to research my dilemma and use the help function more than normal. I rarely received a straight-forward answer and had to use a trial and error method to come to a solution for me.

I have been using your tax program for many tears but the long delay in software updates for K1s was a problem. Not having everything finalized by the beginning of April was very annoying. I may well consider a different tax program next year.

I've used this software for a few years and have found it reliable, and I like how the data carries over from the previous year. I don't like the upselling that occurs during the filing process, and sometimes it gets confusing to navigate during the verification process, but, all in all, it's a good product.
