I have a simple return. SSC, Pension, IRA distributions and dividends & int.
It took two days and three phone calls.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Deluxe program worked great. I was disappointed that the update for the QBI took so long to come in....but luckily it was there 4/3.

Verified Purchase:Yes
Does not have adequate support for state tax credits, particularly the Solar/Wind renewable energy credit. Directions were unclear, particularly the "federal id" field, which does not seem to apply for that credit. I am disappointed that I had to file on paper in order to claim this credit because the software did not include MA Schedule EC.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
