Navigating to different forms is challenging. Some pages are more flashy than content relevant. The popups asking to buy different products or upgrade are annoying.

Easy to use. I wish they had the Ohio SD100 School income tax form. Also, the payment voucher didn't say where to send Federal tax payment like the Ohio did.

Switched from Turbo Tax because they're too militant about requiring the latest Mac OS. Turns out it does everything as well - at half the price.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Tax Cut

I have used this software for years. It is very helpful in filing taxes. But the tools for calculating estimated taxes for the coming year fall far short. It seems to be impossible to elect the simplest no-penalty tax haven: Pay enough to cover last year's tax liability.
