Easy to use program

I'm very happy with H&R Block program even though this time I can't import my wife file from the investment account.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Worked well at federal tax. But could't link to Ohio state tax return. Had to use Ohio tax portal.

Complex investment taxes are a mission impossible

We made some different investments this year. This software was no help in finding the proper tax treatment. We had to spend hours on outside research to figure out the proper way to do the taxes. Then the software made it so complex that it took 8 hours to verify the information downloaded from the broker.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
