Better than my previous software!

I had been using an alternate product T****T** for years until last year when that company's software would no longer work on my computer. I was angry about it and rather than get a new computer, I decided to try HRBlock software. I like it much better. It's actually easier to use and provides better support.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using this software for 7 years and I wont use anything but HRB. Its easy, complete and very detailed.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Better than previous years

Your software is easier to use than is has been ever before. Good job!
I downgraded you a star because it is so difficult to figure out how to print my state form. It is easy to print and e-file the Federal form and it is easy to e-file the state form. But printing the state form? Nope; there are hoops to jump through. It is probably your purpose to frustrate customers so they will pay to e-file it. This is the only flaw I find. Seriously! Other than this, your software is great!

Bring back the easy Search and Chat features

I have been using this software for tax returns since 2010. It seems to have improved every year except for 2018. If you have a simple return, you'll be set, but if you have a little more complex items and / or have accuracy issues, you will need help to get through these. It's one of the reasons I buy the software every year, as HR Block has provided this help. This year however, there was no ability to type something to search in help, and no way to initiate a chat session. I don't know why these features were taken away, but I highly suggest you bring them back!

Have used in past for years, like it and less $$ that Turbo.
Only thing I dislike is the software taking over the screen, with no chance to minimize to access other software I have
