Horrible system issues and useless chat feature

This year, there seem to be a lot of "system' issues with the online tool. My return was filed, but a few days afterward, it shows as not filed. The same happened with my son's return. The agent with whom I chatted was non chalan about handling the issue and correcting it. It still is an issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You have dropped support for import from Merrill Lynch/Bank of America.
never going to manually input everything from scratch, so moving to TurboTax.
I will make sure other do NOT waste their money like I have.
I do NOT understand the reasoning behind fixing the authentication issue
for import & simply removing functionality. poor product management decision.

This program provides very little actual guidance. Rather than pointing to IRS documents it'd would be better to provide a distilled summary of those documents provide actual help. Even after multiple attempts for multiple questions the AI help didn't understand what I was asking. Did you even use humans to test it or use another AI to do the testing?
