I was disappointed this year that the program seemed to get lost when I asked it to do calculations regarding late payments. It just got lost, I had a pretty well figured that all out manually.
It did Recognized that it had failed to enter the data and caught it on an audit, But then just demanded unexplained data on a random form.

I've used it for years, it's fine, has always worked and I don't have any major complaints.
I'm grateful there's still a PC version, I don't want to do taxes online.
On feature that would be great - a "what if". For example seeing what taxes would be if I did/didn't claim my college age daughter as a dependent without updating the return.
But Block has been fine for me.

Much problems with form 8938 as additional copies were required. Only 1 copy was accepted by the software. And worst yet I could not get a live person to help me.
I dont I will use h&rblock software again. AI is restricted as far as interaction is concerned. H&rblock hang me out to dry this time around. Sad
