Did not import correct information from US Bank for Wealth Manage account. Told me I had an incorrect IRS pin that was on my IRS online account and lock me out. Because of this I was unable use your software to file online. That also cause not be able file Arizona because this I couldn't use the IRS online. So, I hard print both and mail them. Finding how to deal with IRS PIN was confusing. Now showing not filed.
I have used your software for years, this will probably the last time.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do my own and some family tax returns with this software. I was a CPA before I retired that did several farmers tax returns along with businesses and related individual returns. I have been with this software since it was called Kiplinger's. Has done a reasonable job for me for many years.

Unhappy with the illogical process. If you file an electronic federal file first, you have to go through the whole filing process again for the federal if you want to e-file the state. unacceptable, turbo tax next year

Have used for over a decade. The past few yrs have started having non negligible glitches. This year the gui did not properly film out my state forms. Glitched out on partial residency between michigan and ohio. The checker at the end identified the data inconsistencies on the forms. The info was provided correctly in the gui, had to manually correct the forms. Costs a lot of money for this type of basic functionality glitch…

Cons: Time consuming

Bad year for HRBlock

More difficult to make entries than previous years. Not able to insert pin #'s even when they are entered in Specialty Situations section or at the end which leads to not being able to E-File. Still havent found a solution
