I have been using this product for a long time , started back when it was Tax Cut.
It still does the job well and gives most people what they need in regards to filing taxes and all.
I currently use this for all filing all my family’s taxes and have had no issues and never a audit in the last 20 years, that might be because I was in my younger days a enrolled agent and a CPA at 78 years old now I see this as a very good product for the average joe.
One last thing I have used and or tried many software products including professional ones and for the outcome and money this one is by far the best on the market for most people.
It still does the job well and gives most people what they need in regards to filing taxes and all.

I'm going back to Turbo Tax next year!

I switched to H&R Block's tax software because Turbo Tax eliminated it's "It's Deductible" app. Big mistake. Turbo Tax has it's issues, but it is much more intuitive and considerably less frustrating than H&R Block's software.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why did I have to review the RMD figures submitted by my funds on my 1099Rs? Isn't the figure provided by the fund company good enough? TurboTax does not subject me to this seemingly duplicating extra work. Please rethink this for next year.

I switched to H and R Block about 5 years ago after a glitch with TT software that they couldn’t fix and it cost me lost $ on my return. I have never had any issues with HR software and is easy to navigate. Feel confident in filing my return.

i like using your software, i seem to trust it more than some other brands. But once again I asking for you to please make a version for Linux users. I had to rescue a Windows laptop that one of my granddaughters was getting rid. Your software is the only Windows software that I run. I don't like or want to run Windows! Please make a Linux .
