Crashes terribly on OSX when Importing W2s

I almost gave up and deleted it. However, after numerous tries and fails (CRASHES) when importing W2's from financial institutions, I finally just input the info manually. Prior to doing that, it would crash after nearly each W2 imported. No problems doing it manually. I also got in the habit of saving constantly.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I will be switching next year to a different Software. This version runs very sluggish. What is PDF995 ?!?!?!?!? why do I have to install additional software just to store a PDF??!!!! Keep it clean!

Waste of time

Couldn't make simple calculations that were obviously stated in IRS instructions, had to override and file manually. Fortunately I caught the errors and corrected them before filing, would have overpaid significantly
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Problems making credit card payment with E-File

After many years of using Taxcut I will be switching to another program next year. After many attempts to pay my tax balance by credit card after E-Filing I finally gave up and just mailed in my payment. Time consuming, frustrating, and disappointing.

Terrible Experience and dissatisfied

I purchased the deluxe version, but in the middle of the program, It was recommended that due to my tax type, I should upgrade to premium. I paid the expensive difference, but then the software never downloaded. I have now had to pay more money to file an extension because of the issue.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Why can’t we download the federal and state returns at the same time? It’s crazy that we have to download the state return after the federal is completed? It’s a nuisance.
