Works well, some small glitches.

Had to change driver's license information after entry. Federal picked up changes, but NC state did not until the final review before submittal. Would be nice if 1099-R carried forward dollar amounts from prior year since retirement pension is identical each year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Would not download from Wells Fargo Advisors or Funds so I had to do that manually.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You keep saying you're making the program easier while my opinion is getting harder to figure out how to use it.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Most of it is excellent. However, at the end when it reviews for errors or issues it brings one to the tax form. It would be much better to bring one to the spot in the program where one entered the amount or left it out.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to prepare

Good except for Activation code

Bought early in year. Much later when finished e-file put in a 1234-abcd activation code. This was ng and very hard to find out what was wrong. No phone number to call !! 4/13 Sat. Program should just auto put in blank. Follow instructions and it shows incorrect 1234-abcd.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

Seems to get better each year! Makes filing taxes myself so much easier and less expensive than using my CPA guy I had before.
