Have used Turbotax, however TT decided not to function with windows 10. I could have installed Win 11 but did not want it. HRB worked with win 10.
Complaints, repeatedly received

Usual entries were OK:
Update Software, Verify PIN/AGI, last year’s Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) or PIN,
Check Dependent/Tax Credit Info, Missing/Incorrect Form, etc

After many tries,
- Deleted couple of empty forms (probably carried over from last year), and
- Changed a 'negative' sign to 'positive' showing Qualified business net (loss) carry forward from prior years (this was an automated entry.

Finally accepted by IRS
Suggest more error checking in future.

Software was better than I thought, however some of the language was in Creek, hard to figure out what that was telling me how to navigate the program
