What I like most about this software is how you can breeze through the interview quickly or dive deep into the forms or both depending on your interest.
As easy to use as ever. However, what I didn't care for was all of the GOP advertising to "how great the 2018 tax bill was and how it was and blah blah blah." Even with an AGI of approx $105,000, married and filing jointly, our return was about the same as last year or a little bit less by almost 10%. I expected this because I'm read about "the bill" but repeatedly in doing my taxes you kept providing more GOP propaganda. If this happens again it's pretty easy to switch to a competitor's product
I have been using this product for years, but remain unhappy with the unreasonable costs to purchase State returns and the also the high cost of paying tax due by credit card. Come on people, you are making plenty on the Federal software package!
I usually use Turbo Tax, but Wal*Mart did not have it, so I picked up H&R Block. Once I downloaded the CD, the federal program worked fine. When I went to continue with my state taxes, the program just hiccuped and wouldn't load. It took hours on the phone with tech support to get it straightened out. Kudos to Zachery at tech support, who didn't give up! Don't buy the CD, go online and purchase the download.
Initially, difficulty to download because of a lapse in time between purchase and the time that I wanted to do my taxes. Corrected with the patient help of one of your customer relations reps. Finally finished tax documentation after correcting a step that I Had missed. E-filed and had a reject by IRS for incorrect 2017 Adjusted Gross Income which software had imported from 2017 1040, also an HRBlock prepared return. Got stuck with additional e-file costs for resubmitting.
