I am buying this software for last 7 years. This year was the first time I had very bad experience with K-1 issues being flagged. It took several weeks to correct it on your end. The reps were not able to communicate with me when the fix will be in.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software seems to work well and is easy to use. Only issue I had was I had to wait weeks for a federal update my return needed for a llc, which is probably not h&rs fault. Also didn't like that I could not file state until federal was filed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What a waste… forms take too long to complete so u cant submit your taxes until H&R completes them. The AI is a joke, no advice no nothing just a marketing ploy to say you have AI… NEVER USING THIS AGAIN!!!!
