I got lost a lot, navigating thru the tax return. Trying to print state was a task,
I am used to Turbo tax. I did love the transfer from TurboTax it was a breeze.

I have use this software program for the past two years. It has worked well, especially for the data transfer in from the previous tax year. The only drawback is that I’m on the auto renewal program and each year the price increases. So I don’t accept the renewal and wait a few weeks or even a couple of months and are able to find the program for half price. I would think on the renewal program that they would give you the best price upfront.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

It ended up doing what I needed. But, it's a bit rough trying to figure out where to go when you need to go back to something (I often ended up just picking someplace at random and going through all the questions until I finally got to the one I needed).
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

First time I used it. Always used Turbo Tax. I think it’s ok, but a lot harder to move around than Turbo Tax return. Confused at times how to navigate around the program to make changes to fix issues.

I use this version over others, its easy to use. Not sure, but there might be an error. State doesnt tax social security but when i did my work, it only accepted 28K of the 33K i earned so not sure if that was correct.

Your inability to figure out how to program the frequently encountered QBI carry-forward from a Publicly Traded Partnership K-1 until as late as Friday, April 3rd, a mere 12 days before the filing deadline, was simply appalling. You and your back-office should be ashamed.
