H&R Blockheads destroy my easy tax preparation

This has been a disaster due to the sudden and disruptive conversion to the horrible Windows 10 abandoning the easy to use 7 for NO GOOD REASON OTHER THAN ENRICH the MICROSOFT MONOPOLY MONSTER. THE RESULT WILL NOT PRINT ON MY HP5530 WITH WIN7 DRIVERS AND I CANNOT MAKED COPIES OF THE FEDERAL FORMS THE STATE DEMANDS TO BE SENT FOR THE REFUND DUE ME. I CANNOT EMAIL THE REFUND THE REPUBLICAN GESTAPO STATE REQUIRES COPIES OF BOTH FEDERAL AND STATE FORMS FOR NO GOOD REASON OTHER THAN TO MAKE REFUNDS SO DIFFICULT PEOPLE JUST GIVE UP H&R USED TO BE EASY AND COMFORTABLE UNTIL THIS THE FORMS CANNOT BE COPIED AND PRINTED THE STATE LAWS CANNOT BE COMPLIED WITH THE *.T25 FILES CANNOT BE COPIED AND PRINTED AS REQUIRED BY THE REPUBLICAN STATE. MOST DISGUSTING AND FRUSTRATING TAX YEAR I'VE EVER HAD

I have discovered significant print formatting issues in the software version, since I had to file by mail this year. Various sections that need to be included in the print range are either omitted from it, or text doesn't fit into boxes due to upper case appearance in print (while entered in lower case in the application), different number of lines in print vs. entry screen in the application, etc. Will likely be going with a different software next year.

I'm have prepared returns professionally, using other professional software. Have used your software for years for my personal return. Software is intuitive, for the most part. but also somewhat clunky. Some forms need more explanation concerning tax rules, other do quite well. I don't like that you won't allow the user to print individual pages (instead of whole forms), which I need for review purposes. Wastes a lot of paper. Efile works well. Other prep software isn't perfect, I'll keep using yours.

I switched to H&R Block from a different software company several years ago and I have been very pleased. My taxes are much more complicated than the taxes of most people, but Deluxe does everything that I need and then some.

I am very dissatisfied with this program. I purchased a federal program with one state program but was never able to access the state program without paying for it.
Cons: Hard to import documents
