Good program but has glitch that affects me

I have used H&R Block software for many years and have always found it to be easy to use and accurate. I would give a five star rating except for a glitch that has persisted for many years that has not been corrected, even though I complain about it every year. I have to enter data from Forms K-1. The only way that some of this data can be entered (according to software instructions) is by manually overriding some fields on Schedules D and E. Because of this I cannot e-file my return and take advantage of the included "free e-files". I am very disappointed that this glitch has not been corrected. I would recommend this product only to those taxpayers who do not have to enter information from a form K-1.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great until you try to print

My title says it all. I needed to save the forms and then go to the library to print since no working printer here. The Federal form came out without the actual IRS labels, headers, etc. The format was all messed up; not just on page wrong. Since it was 4/15, I was forced to e file, which I didn't want to do...and I still don't have a legible copy to print for myself. The PA state form's format wasn't a problem. I won't pay to file it though.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Multiple electronic filing problems

Both my daughter and I had to file on paper as there were multiple problems when we tried to use electronic filing. The instructions were very difficult to follow in order to correct the problems.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Tax Software On The Planet!

I've been using H&R Block tax software for nearly 10-years! Love it! I feel like I'm doing an interview with live H&R Block support.

Problems with the software

The software would not let me fill in my IRA conversion to a Roth account without an override. This prevented me from E-filing the return, so I had to print it and mail it adding more money and frustration to the tax season.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Will not down load state program

When trying to down load state program, i get message need administrator privilege to purchase or install.
