I have used it for years andit it is relatively easy to use. When updating it on a Mac, I need to remove any external drives or otherwise, the software will not update.

Mostly Great, But Some Enhancements Could be Made

I really like this product, but I would recommend two additions: 1. the ability to enlarge the page. As I get older, it's getting more difficult to read the tiny print on the screen. 2. The ability to make PDFs of individual tax return pages in addition to the entire document. My state, Pennsylvania, wanted a file of one page from the tax form attached as a PDF file, and I couldn't do it. I ended up attaching the entire file of our return, just so I could file electronically. I did something similar last year and no problem with our return, but who knows what will happen this year?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

I could NOT file electronically bc the IRS thinks I have received Marketplace insurance. I have a VOIDED Marketplace Form to show I did not but there was no way to show that and override and file electronically. What is the point of this efile software that doesn't have the ability to let you do these things?

Cons: Hard to prepare

Runs smoothly and logically. I Produced an accurate return in about an hour and retrieved my refund within a week. The return was fairly complex, and included Capital gains, retirement income, interest and dividends. However, I Would like a more convenient way to look at the actual return that is not encumbered by the worksheets.
