Mostly did the job

Some of the worksheets we're inoperable and the help feature did not solve the problem nor point me in the right direction. Main example was trying to use the married jointly vs separately worksheet. I just could not fill in the boxes. I had been happy with this software but am not sure if I will use it again.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not So Sure I Like This Year's Version

I have been using HRB tax software for the past 7-10 years. This year I felt odd about the product. No moving expenses deductible? No MISC-1099 business deductible? and No place to report teenage's (under 18) income from working at a local store? Not so sure I got my tax right
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Marginally Meets for Sched C

Recalculate is broke, if you make s mistake and go back to fix it, the recalc option either does nothing also tax refund amounts fluctuate before you exit a section interview, making it difficult to understand just what happened,,, this had forced me not just this year but in previous years to start anew to see what happened.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Poor data entry features

Program will not import information from all institutions. You can not E-File if you make a manual change worksheet form. Verification check find issues that are not problems
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

It’s a good program

I like how is very explanatory how to use it and fast
THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS WHEN I PAY AT TGE END FOR MY STATE IT CHARGES ME TWICE OR THREE TIMES IN MY CARD, I know I got it back for my sister in law when I was charged 3 times but other than that it’s a good program

Hasn’t Disappointed Me Yet

I’ve used the Deluxe version for several years now, and it always works flawlessly. I had a little trouble a few years ago when I had a foreign rental unit, but that is no longer a challenge.
Pros: Maximizes refund

Super Quick and Easy!

Because of family illness, I was unable to do my taxes until the last minute. I was so happy that I'd used H&R Block for the past few years. It imported my date and filled in the blanks for me. All I had to do was enter numbers in the appropriate spots. I got it in just under the gun with no errors or flags. Thanks H&R Block!
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

No PIN requested

Was never asked to enter my Identity Protection PIN sent to me by IRS. 2017 was fine, but 2018 never asked. I sent my return in without the PIN. Hope it is processed OK without it.
Pros: Easy to prepare
