I have been using this program satisfactorily since 2017. This year the interview process had trouble handling my QCD's. It filled in a box with an error, which indicated I didn't take enough out of my IRA RMD. I had a long phone conversation with one of your agents, who agreed with me, but couldn't resolve the issue. I speculate the problem may have had something to do with Form 8606. Filled in properly and submitted.
