Simple, quick and painless

I use this product each year. Early installation gets me a great discount. The help features, forms index, dialog boxes, interview format and the planning feature at the end make sure my return is correct, complete and backed by H&R Block.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

i have been using H&R block tax software for years but lately they charge me more than once to file state. I fill in all necessary paperwork and then submit it for the state but it rejects the payment. Except, my card is charged for it. I've had to file a claim with the bank at least 3 years in a row, as has my son, so it might be time for a new software program to file taxes.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Iv'e been using H and R Block, previously known as Taxcut, for years. It is easy to use. The only problem I had with it this year, it would not allow me to make a payment with a date after 4/15/19. I live in Massachusetts and we have until 4/17/19 due to a Mass. state holiday on the 15th and a Wash. DC holiday on the 16th.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Took me an hour to draw up Fed and State, amd very smoothly submit e-file. Almost made taxes a pleasure!
