Been using this for years successfully. My only issue is how to input "Other Income." It is too tricky. If you do it the logical way, the software informs me that because there is an "other income" entry, it cannot submit the return online, and I must send the IRA a paper copy instead. So I have to input the income in another category that isn't quite correct, but it gets the income into my total taxable income total and I get an accurate tax calculation. This is really annoying EVERY YEAR
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

Had a lot of trouble this year with the program doubling my entries. So if I had Joe Smith and Susan Smith as dependents, when I would go back to that page later, I would have two Joe Smith’s. My save feature was working correctly but it was doing this with numbers as well
