Need to copy forward details for additional forms

When my bank sent two 1099-Rs, one for direct distribution to me and one for distributions to charities, it would have been nice if there was a feature to copy forward the bank details to the 2nd form in your orogram.

I had to hunt to buy this product. I expected to get some sort of reminder and maybe a repeat discount. After finishing my return the directions were vague on what was needed to send in payment.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Product Works but the AI is practically useless

Works well overall. I have been using it for several years. I typically find the federal product is better than the state product. The biggest downside is when you need help. This year an AI assistant was added that appears to hastily implemented and refuses to answer tax or product related questions that don't fit a very narrow list of topics, I found searching the internet more helpful than the AI assistant, even for questions related to how the product worked.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Why do you force me to buy the software cheaper elsewhere and not direct from you? I have to buy it from a big box store. dumb!! The K1 section is very confusing. The new tax changes should be mentioned up front like an intro. The import feed does not always work so give a reason.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great vaiue for a reliable software I have used for several years. Graphic interface is a bit less polished than competitors but all works well. I use Mac version. Software downloads are clunky. Would like to see more options for virtual assist accountant services/pay for service.
Intergration with local office is unclear to me. I'm not really sure what is being offered.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I have been using this software for years, which I guess tells the story. My one complaint relates to the state program, which did not alert me to a recent change in our tax law or guide me through the process for preparing a related attachment that is required. However, my jurisdiction hasn't done a brilliant job of informing people, either.
