Works OK but there is a need to override a form

It worked OK until rounding led to a form rounding to zero - which in turn blocked efile. In that instance there needs to be a mechanism to block rounding on a form so that doesn't happen. If not, why have to pay for efile when the program rounding negates that function? Otherwise all other features seemed to work well.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I had some difficulty this year due to owning some foreign income. That and a change in forms proved to be confusing.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast

Great program

Have used this software since early 2000's and I like it very much. Only complaint is for a few years now my GA-8453 signature form will not populate with my DCN when I go to save my backup copies after I have submitted my forms and they are accepted.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Using several years now while in retirement, after using "industrial strength" cpa software employed in my cpa business prior to that. Not crazy about the 'old style' interface screens for data entry, but, it works OK. Main complaint is that filing a 4868 extension electronically is not included - WHY?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

You were supposed to have filed my taxes

When I completed my taxes, put in my credit card information, the software said that I was complete and that you would file my return. Later I received an email from you stating that the IRS accepted my return. Unfortunately the IRS never charged my credit card nor do I have any indication from them that my taxes were received or accepted by the IRS.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

The state did not work & Federal would not e-file.

I have a receipt for the Federal and State software and the state would not function. I check several times and it always tried to get me to purchase a state return. H&R Block does not make itself available to solve software problems. Did not e-file Federal Return on Send button. The return was late.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could not adjust font size for easier reading, quite a strain for me.
