I've been using your software for over a decade. Overall I find it very simple to use. My only issue is that sometimes during the final accuracy check, you take me to a page without giving me enough information. It takes a while to figure out what I need to do. If you ac uracy page could tell me where we are (i.e., which business or employer, what topic, or could be a bit more specific about what the issue is) I would have an easier time rectifying the situation.

I've used the program ever since it was Tax Cut and before. I generally like it although this year I miss the help with estimated taxed for next year that it normally provided. I had to search for the choices.

Used this software for 20+ years without a hitch . This tax season had to include an application for a foreign credit using Form 1116. Certain quirks with entering foreign income kicks out the ability to e-file the full return. This needs to be fixed!
