Okay software

It's hard to know where to go to find out why something is happening. The explanations in some instances don't help with understanding some choices.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare

I changed from TurboTax a number of years ago when they held back forms for extra money. H&R Block covered it without additional charges. The old TurboTax transferred into H&R Block software without a hitch. I have been very happy with H&R Block for many years.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Have been using H&R Block softwear for several years. Program is easy to use and very thorough. Takes a lot of the stress filing my taxes without worrying about missed steps.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Excellent Tax Program - Used for many years now

I have used H&R Block Tax Programs for many years. I like that I can start & stop whenever I need to, calculations are electronic; so much better than doing taxes pen & paper. My taxes are not complicated so I save the money of using a tax preparer and my questions are answered using the Tax Program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

I have used this software for at least 10 years. This year was more confusing with all the worksheets and broken up 1040. Last year was much more easy to fill out.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would like to suggest an additional feature or new approach to the Interview process. Can we add an option which allows users to enyer all of the slips that they have in their shoe box all at once at the beginning oc the interview rather than entering them throughout difference parts of the process. Allowing users to anter all of their slips at the beginning of the process would save users time in filing their taxes, make the software that much easier to use - almost dummy proved. Based on info on slips entered, software will decide what other info might be needed to complete the return. This would make the software that much smarter.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
