Good program to use for taxes but it won't let you print off your state tax papers to mail in . So you have to still go fill out paperwork and mail yourself.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I got this in mail. Downloaded. I filed and it says check status. When I do I get a error of we are unable to process your request.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

it would be nice if you remind users that the IRS isn't accepting returns until 1/28/20. My return has been sitting in pending status for a few days. I expect your software to forewarn me.
