Smooth flow, has all my info from last year and loaded it no prob. Everything I need done, was done. My only problem was a little hard reading the text, as I get older. Be nice to adjust the font or view. I wanted to print some text for research, different pages, but had to use screen capture instead. Could improve that.

The main feature is the ability to backtrack with ease. One problem has been going back several steps, correcting a problem than going once again through several steps that were OK.

I purchased the product as I have for many years since it makes it easy to use the previous tax returns for guidance. However, this year I had a tax credit for AC Heat Pump purchase, and although I received my state refund in a week, I'm still waiting for my Federal refund after 12 weeks. No one knows why. Not convinced that they are keeping up with the tax laws or supporting documentation, and will probably use something else next time
