I have used this software for several years and prefer it over the main competitor. Price is very good for Fed plus State. One thing different this year for me was that I needed an additional state due partial residence status in two states, and the additional state software price was kind of steep.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Good but significant software glitches every year

I have been using H&R Block Software for many years, and while it is very helpful, it always has software glitches. This year and in a few past years, the state software does NOT fill out some basic forms that many taxpayers need. The cover sheet tells the user to go do it yourself. No warning before you buy that the software doesn't do the entire state return, only some parts.
