BEEN USING THIS SINCE IT BEGAN AS TAX CUT. Through the years I have has problems with aspects of the program, but they were all addressed very quickly. This is EASY--FAST---ACCURATE--and enables me to keep all of my tax files organized in one place.

Because the template stays the same each year and my information doesn't change much, it's easy to use the automatic fill in from last year so I only have to change numbers.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I've used H&R block for several years. Overall it is quite easy to use. This year I could not file my Michigan tax until I straightened out an error with RRB 1099-R reporting. The program kept asking for a code in box 7, which is normal for a regular 1099.mHowever, there is no box 7 on the RRB 1099-R. I had to go into the worksheet and manually insert a fictitious code in order to submit my tax return
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
