Terrible version for 2025. I think it miscalculated my self-employment SS tax. I contacted technical support and no one could answer me. The AI help was a joke. Limited help, didn't understand even the easiest questions, and kept me running around in circles. Either fix it or get rid of it. Very disappointed this year and will not buy again next year...

Very disappointed with the statement “we do not support this” while populating entries on Schedule K-1 and reached the section that stated “additional explanation” required. No notes or AI assist provided how or where to provide this ‘additional explanation’ requirement.

Last 2 years we had trouble E-filing but were able to print a copy to mail. This year everything went smooth. The E-file went without any issues. I have used HR Block Deluxe for more than ten years.

Bought and worked similar to previous years. However, auto updates through the app failed and I had to download from web then do manual updates. 2nd the final update failed to open up my existing tax document. Fortunately I already filed, but would have to reenter everything.
