Easy to use but I think there was a problem with the education form. I entered the tuition and books but my employer pays the tuition. I couldn't get past the efile edit it wanted me to slect lifetime learning, not entitled, or American opportunity and no matter what was slected I still got the edit so I deleted the form

I have used this software for over a decade! Honestly, this year was a little challenging for me, and I needed some assistance from my financial planner. Not the fault of Block, just some different forms for me that I had never encountered before. But, once I knew what I was looking at, Block was right there to accept the information.

Just finished my 2019 tax return It was extremely easy with H&R Block's software. The software walked you through every step and offered explanations if you needed it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
